International Organizers' Seminar - Bridgetown, Barbados
On May 3-5, 2013, the Barbados Chess Federation hosted individuals interested in obtaining FIDE's International Organizers (IO) title. Fourteen persons took part -- from Trinidad, Guyana, Suriname, The Bahamas, and Barbados.
The seminar was co-organised by FIDE, the FIDE Events’ Commission (EVE), the Confederación De Ajedrez Para América, and the Barbados Chess Federation with the support of the FIDE Development Commission.
