Polhemus Darling Memorial 2014

Picture
Kendrick Knowles has done it again.  Fresh off of his debut Subzonal appearance in Trinidad, Knowles conquered the field in the Open section with a perfect 4.0 score.  Finishing a point behind were Philip Hanna Jr. in second place and Elton Joseph in third.

Equally as dominant was Daijah Johnson, who finished undefeated on 4.0 points in the Reserve section.  Placing second and third respectively were Malik Sands on 3.0 points and Jake Oldfield on 2.0 points.

Also taking part in the event were NM Valentine Cox and Ashley Gibson, both of whom had not played tournament chess in several years.  The BCF looks forward to their continued participation.
