SCHEDULE: On-site registration: Saturday, November 1st, 9:15 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Saturday November 1st: Round 1: 10:00 a.m. Round 2: 11:10 a.m. Round 3: 12:20 p.m. Lunch: 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. Round 4: 2:30 p.m. Round 5: 3:30 p.m. AWARDS Immediately after completion of round 5 ELIGIBILITY • Open to any BCF Member Player who has not reached her 20th birthday before 1st January 2026. RULES
Pairings will be done automatically by the Swiss Manager software based on the FIDE ‑Swiss Rules.
The default time is 10 minutes after the round starts.
Tie-Break System:
The Tournament Director & Chief Arbiter can agree to change the format before the beginning of the tournament if needed, depending on the number of players entered.
No mobile phones, laptops, tablets, or other smart devices (including watches) will be allowed in the play area.
By registering for this event, players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the tournament regulations.
