The CAC Youth Festival is an annual chess tournament open to players in the Central Americas and Carribbean who are under 18 years of age.
The tournament includes an absolute section (male or female) and a female only section. Each of the two sections have six (6) age categories: Under 8 Under 10 Under 12 Under 14 Under 16 Under 18 The 2025 CAC Youth Chess Tournament will be held in Puerto Rico. Tournament Details/Invitation. Date: Sunday December 14th to Monday December 22nd Qualifier: September 2025. Tournament date will be announced. |
The Pan American Youth is an annual chess tournament open to players in the Americas (North & South America) who are under 18 years of age.
The tournament includes an absolute section (male or female) and a female only section. Each of the two sections have six (6) age categories: Under 8 Under 10 Under 12 Under 14 Under 16 Under 18 The 2025 Panamerican tournament will be held in El Callao Peru. Tournament Details/Invitation. Date: Saturday July 26th to Sunday August 3rd Qualifier: Scholastic Chess Championship-Individual: April 20th |
Note: The Qualifier determines the 12 Official Players. However, any other player of the right age, may register and compete as an unofficial players. Click here for details.
