Chess in Schools

Picture
Studies have shown that chess have a profound social and educational impact on children!
BCF is committed to empowering as many kids as possible by providing them with opportunities to learn and play chess.
We believe that the best way to achieve this is through partnerships with Affliates that focus on Scholastic Chess.

We are committed to supporting Chess Associations, Academies, Clubs and Coaches
provide opportunities for students to learn and play chess.

LEARN CHESS

PLAY CHESS

We provide formal lessons and structured playtime to introduce students to chess. Our initiatives help dozens of students from beginners to tournament-level players improve in chess yearly.

Chess Book Club

We make it free for schools and chess clubs to access the information in the best learn-to-play and chess tactic books. Our library of Chess Books are available to Coaches and Clubs that sign up for our Chess Book Club.

Despite an abundance of digital chess teaching tools we believe that books still provide a very effective way of reaching and teaching lots of kids.
