The 2025 Bahamas Scholastic Chess Championship will assemble the best student chess players from across The Bahamas over the Easter holiday weekend.
On Saturdary April 19th, 4-player teams will battle to determine the National Scholastic Teams Champion.Then, on Sunday April 20th, students will battle over-the-board in a FIDE Rated Rapid Tournament to determine the 2025 National Scholastic Chess Champion.
This tournament is also a 'Qualifying' Tournament to determine the PanAmerican Youth Chess Festival team that will travel to represent The Bahamas in Peru, July 26th - August 3rd.
